We are currently 40 CLUBS STRONG, however there are 20 anime clubs from the directory that did not respond to their renewal emails that were sent out at the beginning of the month. We got a lot of returned emails about invalid emails. PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EMAIL CAN BE ABLE TO RECEIVE EMAIL FROM HELLO @ ANIMECLUBSUNITE.ORG AND OTHERS OUTSIDE OF YOUR EMAIL DOMAIN (that means the portion after the “@”). We have seen many emails rejected because of email blocking on a server.

We can’t stress enough that when you submit a club for a listing, to please keep the contact information updated and make sure the contact email that you use for the club is one that can receive email from any email domain, especially @animeclubsunite.org. We really depend on individuals who submit the club to do this, and it’s why listings expire every year. We want to keep our directory as updated as possible with clubs that are still active. Every attempt is made to contact clubs with the emails provided.

Now would be a good time to check your listing, and make sure everything is up-to date. You can search for it using the search bar on animeclubsunite.org If you don’t find it, then it’s one of the clubs that was removed or expired from our directory and you will have to submit it again HERE. If everything looks good, then you don’t have to do anything. If something isn’t right with your listing, then please fill out the update form, and we will get it updated.
