April 2020

We are living in uncertain, unprecedented times. Most theatrical releases have been postponed, conventions cancelled, and club events suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It’s a sad but necessary step to ensure the public safety of everyone.

We know how important social interaction is to an anime club, but the good thing is most anime clubs have Facebook groups/pages where you can still socialize.

You can visit our Facebook Group to chat with other fellow fans and talk about how your clubs are surviving during these times of limited face to face social interaction.

Also, you can still get your fix of anime from online streaming services, and there are many discussion channels out there like forums and discord channels. It’s impossible for us to link them all here.

Streaming Services: FunimationCrunchyrollHIDIVEHulu, or Netflix.

Many Seiyuu have also been posting their concerts or parts of them on youtube, so check them out.

As always, we at ACU wish for the health and safety of everyone, and ask you practice social distancing, and please take all precautions dictated by your local health and government officials, and take this seriously. Here is information on COVID-19 via the World Health Organization, and the CDC.

We won’t be updating here until events start up again. Stay safe and well everyone.
